I need an idea on a good PHD research topic in telecomms/electonics?

Dont mind programming, have interest in Radio/RADAR/SatComms. Don't mind general ICT topics. Pse anyone with any useful or propably novelle ideas

Hmmm.

How about something on the convergence of technologies? The fact is that cable TV, personal computers and the phone are all the same thing now.
