I am trying to interview people about Ross Store, like how do they feel w.e? Can someone give me some questions to ask customers when they come into shop?!?

frequency of shopping at that store, from a visual standpoint, what is the first thing u go to or notice, do they notice an uneven size break....(too many sz large vs too many small sizes, etc). Shopping experience overall, improvements u would like to see, how much money do they usually spend when they shop at ross....

Ask about the appearance of the store, inside and out. The selection, and prices, the customer service and employees, and the reason they shop at Ross.
