Yes, I do know a few women with third nipples. My sister has one, I know this because she asked me about it. I'm in the medical field(nurse/paramedic). And I dated a few women who had them. As for finding them hot? Yes, I do. What more could a guy want, you've got the two main ones to play with, then comes along a third to help out with the playing. So you both benefit from it.
