Tell them you're looking for stability in a company that lets you acquire new skills.
They want to know if you're going to stick around.

One good answer would be "[Your company] clearly values highly skilled workers. Short-term jobs offer very few reasons to continually improve my abilities and knowledge; a permanent position means that you want me to keep getting better at what I do. I want that, too. I'm happiest when I'm learning how to do new things, or how to improve my existing skills."

If you don't know what to say...perhaps that's not the company or the job for you....It seems to me that if you really wanted the job, you'd have an answer....If you say one of these made-up lines on here and it doesn't sound like "you" forget it.....they will know that it is contrived and you run the chance of blowing the whole interview.....

Think about the question.....develop YOUR OWN answer, in YOUR OWN PROFESSIONAL WAY and give that answer! Good luck and I hope you get the job....if you really want it...

tell them you don't like to move around to different companies. you like to stay with 1 company that offers you many types of new skills.

that way they know you are not just gonna stay there for like 6 months to 1 year . you are gonna stay there much longer (as long as they keep you happy)
