If you tell your virus scanner to scan your computer, it will go through each file one-by-one and scan it for viruses. You can go and manually scan a single file if you want though too.

It will ask for the option.You select all drives. Then the PC will be scanned and all files checked. I can give a few links that offer free virus and spyware removers...!You may be having a virus or spyware installed on your PC. Norton, AVG , Avast are free antivirus software. Ad-aware, Ewido are free spyware removers. You can download free softwares at

most will do a full scan and scan each file/folder.
some you will need to set to do that but not likely tho

an antivirus program will perform the scan for you at the requested depth level. it could be all the files, yes

First of all, disable system restore, do that from my computer properties. Then reboot into safe mode by pressing F8 at reboot, select safe mode from the list. Then run your virus scanner, spyware scanner to clean your system. Once it's complete reboot and restart system restore.

usuall your nortan antivirus client program scans all of your files and drives. Not just one.

because it checks files completely for any unwanted programs
on your computer then same as mine did yes real well now
yourself can get free service sure works good protection

YOU dont.. but your scanner does..


to have it automatically scan them all, select C drive or My computer
