This morning for the first time, i noticed after I squeezed my breast that there was some milky fluid coming out, then I tried the other one and same thing, my last period was Nov 25, I know there is no way I can be pregnant and already be producing milk, can anyone tell me if they have had the same experience. I have a docs appt tomorrow.

Yes, I have experienced the same symptom. Your body isn't producing milk but it is preparing to produce colostrum. That is the pre-milk that your breasts will produce to give your newborn extra antibodies right after birth. You will also notice that your breasts will get bigger and you may even leak towards the end of your pregnancy. Make a list of questions to ask your doctor for each visit. This helped me to make the most of the time that I had with my OB/GYN. Congrats!

Excessive breast stimulation (too tight of a bra, sex, etc...) can sometimes send a signal to your brain to produce milk. When I was trying to get pregnant I began leaking milk (10mths after I stopped nursing my son) and my dr said to just have no contact with my breasts for a few days so my brain would stop producing that signal to my milk glands.
