When I went through survival school in Panama they made us strip down for a swim accross a river... a couple hundred Marines and a skinny sailor(me) were standing on the bank waiting to jump in when a tour boat came by... not much to do but wave and get our pictures took... would have liked to have had a copy.

no. But this guy near me, got arrested for public nudity, for not wearing any clothing in his house, with the curtains drawn. Sadly there was an inch gap, and his next door neighbour, a odd biddy of a terrible prune of a woman, peeked through the gap. She called the police, who promptly arrested him.
Apparently in England at least, Men are always exposing themselves, if they can be seen by someone, whereas women, cannot expose themselves.
Law should be changed of course, but there it is. Now I always make sure the curtains are fully closed.

I haven't been arrested for that. In Illinois, nudity is not illegal; lewdness is. Technically, if you are nude but not lewd in Illinois, you are within your legal rights. But in real life, all it takes to get declared lewd is that someone gets offended- kind of like Yahoo Answers, but I digress...
People skinny dip at the lakefront in Chicago often, but they take care not to be seen so that they A) don't attract an audience and B) don't attract a police officer who can say that he has been offended by their nudity.
And for six months of the year in Illinois, it's just way too cold to expose any skin, so half the time it isn't an issue at all.

NOPE!
Interesting reading here, though:

Because of the MySpace thing, John McCain is trying to get a bill passed that will require Sex Offenders to register ALL of their e-mail addresses and IM Aliases, as well.

Nope. I love to be naked as much as possible, but only in appropriate places. I spend lots of summer days at the nude beach or swimming naked in friends' pools, or just lying naked outside either alone or with friends. No need to worry about being hassled in any of those situations.
