My comfort zone just isn't wide enough (my husband hates this) but I don't allow people to know my life's story. I do stay more into my comfort zone than risk going out but I go out on occasion.

My comfort zone relates more to time than space. I can take being in a crowd for about an hour, then I feel compelled to retreat and be alone.

If you are referring to space, I like people two feet away, and only allowing family closer. When I kiss a coworker, stranger, I feel very exposed, almost naked. I think, if I have been drinking, my space is closer, because my senses are at ease, but even at ease if someone is unappealing I keep them at a distants. I think this is true with all risks, it depends with the situation, and how at ease you are at the time.

i'm a cancer, so i tend to retreat quite often
but once i'm out, bold and in the open
i have no "comfort zone"
until reason given.
