I am currently setting up a jewellery business and i have posession
of an archive of usuable contemporary moulds, which are from a previous employer, so i can replicate all the companies jewellery designs if i wished!
is it legitimate to use these moulds under my own company name which have no copyright on them, or safer to adapt the wax replica to make it similar but not exactly like the previous companies designs?.
i am hoping to bypass the system as each item i sell has a certain percentage deducted for using the previous companies designs.
