Kelsey, you need to give a lot more information for people to really be able to answer this question. For example: how old are you, what subject does this involve, and WHY do you believe your teacher is doing this on purpose? Without all the extra info, all I can suggest is that you go to your teacher after class (or when there aren't too many other people around) and tell her/him that you are concerned about failing. If you say to your teacher, "What can I do to improve my grade?" then it will show your teacher that you are a mature student who really wants to improve. Of course then you have to do whatever the teacher has suggested if you want to improve! If you are having trouble with doing the work then this is the time to talk to your teacher about it - be honest. They are there to help you. If your teacher won't help you or tell you what you can do to improve, then it's time to ask a parent or guidance counselor to help you solve this. But probably, if your teacher sees that you really want this situation to get better then she/he will also try. Good luck!
