I myself couldn't, but if you look around online you'll find some tip-top courses.
For some odd reason, I recently decided to learn Dutch. I found a site that has all the basic stuff you need to know. If you wanna check it out, here - http://web.hengeveld.com/dutch/
If Dutch ain't your bag, just google something like 'free online language courses' or something. You're bound to stumble across quite a few helpful sites. =)
