You need to make up a business plan that you can present to banks in your area that deal with small business loans. Your plan should include the business you want to start, if you have any experience in that business, what assets you bring to the company, what kind of expenses you will have in the first year, a prospectus showing approximate expenses and income for the first three years. It takes a lot of work and research just to get the business plan ready. I would seriously consider contacting someone in the Small Business Administration in your area. They can counsel you and direct you to classes being offered to help out.

After the business plan is done you go pitch your idea to the banks. The more prepared you are, the better chance you have.
