If your stereo is older, it won't read CD-RW discs. (Just CD-R) Even OLDER ones won't even read CD-R ones. So you're going to have to either
a) Go out and buy CD-R discs.
or
b) Go out and buy a new stereo, explaining to the salesmen thet you need it to read all burnable discs.

I have the same problem and it sucks. Some stereos can't read those kind of discs. You may want to try a different brand.

If its an older stereo, it doesnt read cdrw and if its a newer one, you might have burned the files onto it and not the audio tracks and if you burned it correctly, it might be your burning program. Try Nero or Roxio. Good lUCk!

Burn it to cd-r, then you won't have this problem. plus cd-r is cheaper, it save you money and guarantee to work.
