Because our experience tell us that blue sky means everything is good, safe, happy, and beautiful as opposed to bright red or pitch-black sky which means take shelters/get ready to be scared.

because beyond our sky is darkness,
our planet 3 gives us so much to wonder
about, we have this beautiful space of
blue from the suns photons changing
frequency reminding us all that we also
change our frequencies of thinking patterns,
sometimes making us feel blue & beautiful
mysterious little creatures of natures ways ...
