Or what factors it ie exact meals or situtation ie traumatic occasions There are really a couple of unfastened clinical recommendation web pages you would seem at however as with every searches you need to recognize that the one method to uncover an reply with a few one with clinical capabilities that may uncover out what's the subject. This websites casn be priceless to look if any of your signs fit what they are saying and it would be feasible you'll be pain from some thing they record. But it doesnt substitute clinical recommendation from a few one with clinical abilities. Your general practitioner can refer you onto to a professional who can preform exams to determine out for exact matters and uncover out what's the subject. What were you doing when you were in Walmart and coming out of Walmart? Were you running around? Also, what is the temperature. Is it extremely cold or extremely hot? Because it might be asthma that you are starting. I didn't get diagnosed with Asthma until I was 22. When I complained about my chest pains before to my parents and doctors, then just brushed it away. So go visit your doctor and tell him every detail to see what he thinks.

Quit smoking. Then why did you ask about smoking??? I was reading your profile questions to see if I could figure ou your age, if you were unhealthy, etc.
Are you a hydrochondriatic? Seriously, not trying to be mean, hon, but how many things can a girl have wrong with herself???
I think it MAY just be in your head. I'm not going to lie, I do the same thing.
I still recommend seeing a doctor.

Most of the time chest pain is not life threatening. Its always better to be safe than sorry. I would urge you to go to a walk in clinic, your doctor, or the hospital as soon as you can. They will do a few simple and painless tests on you to find the cause of the pain.

Sounds like a panic attack to me. Try taking deep breaths and then see a doctor about it just to make sure.
