if my urine test is negative is it possible the blood test could me positive?

Yes it's possible, but nowadays the home tests are very accurate so it isn't too likely.
A blood test will detect levels of HCG in pregnancy far earlier than the home test will. To make sure your urine test is accurate it's best to wait until you've missed your period, even though many of the tests SAY you can use them up to five days prior. Sometimes doing this can cause a false negative result.
When in doubt, go get the labwork done and see from that. Short of a physical exam and an ultrasound, it's the best way and can actually tell the levels of horomones in your body.

yes it depends on how much of the hormone that shows up in your system sometimes it is not detectable in the urine but is detectable in the blood

yes..but if that does occur ; i dont think its normal or safe!! or you couldb e taking the urine test to early...but i think it would be alot more better if they were both positive!
