Iron. Iron anemia is very, very common problem for menstruating females especially if you have a heavy cycle. A lack of iron will leave you feeling very tired. I would suggest eating plenty of red meat and consider a iron supplement.

Yes see your doc to be sure you don't have a slight case of anemia. Once your doc rules out anemia be sure you are taking a good mulitvitamin and antioxidant supplement to help keep you healthy and keep your energy levels up.

Sounds like anemia. Take iron pills. See your doctor. dont smoke. Exercise.

eating well and exercising should work wonders! I have heard midol can help too. Also start taking a womens one a day vitamin
