I can't speak for all women....but for me....I hate to see black heads or zits on my mans' face. Having blemishes on your face all the time just makes you look dirty and greasy.Even though I know he practices good hygiene everyday...I feel like he could try to make a better effort of keeping his hands clean so he will not get black heads. (dirty hands are the main reason for black heads) I do know that some people just have a chemical inbalance of the skin and connot prevent breakouts....but when we see them...we just want them gone! Even if we got to pop them out ourselves.
