My wife and I have one child. We have been trying to have another since 1999. She got herself checked and she is fine. I just had been to embarrass to check myself out.
I was told that it can be the timing. The time you have sex to your ovulation. It can also be the men's sperm count. It can be low.
If I were you, I would not stop trying if you both feel you guys want another child. See the doctor or a consultant.
Thank you for asking taht question. YOu just made me reallythink and I will go see the doctor myself.

The first thing would be how long you've been trying for. If it hasn't been very long, I wouldn't worry about it. Many people who have multiple children find that they aren't capable of concieving for several years, then they become fertile again. This doesn't happen to everyone, though. If it's been 6 months to a year that you've been trying, you and your husband should go see the doctor to make sure there's nothing medical stopping you from concieving. I'm not a meical professional or anything, but I know quite a few couples who have gone through this. Hopefully I helped. :)

Your husband's fall wouldn't cause fertility problems.

How long have you been trying? There are so many possible explanations. If you have been trying for over a year (or over six months, if you are over the age of 35) I would have your OB refer you to a reproductive endocrinologist. I would also recommend that you chart your cycles, if you're not already doing so, to see whether you are ovulating and to ensure you have sex at the peak times to maximize your chances.

That you have two children already is wonderful (and congratulations on that!) -- but sadly, you are far from alone in your current difficulty. Many couples find themselves struggling with what's called "secondary infertility."

I recommend you take a look at Taking Charge of Your Fertility, by Toni Weschler, and a related website, http://www.tcoyf.com. The women on those forums are incredibly helpful, and there are a lot of FAQS there which may help as well.

Good luck!

Alot of people get pregnant on vacation because they are happy and not stressed out. There are a lot of reasons why your not conceiving. You would need to go to a doctor to find out exactly why but I would do as much on my own (like stop drinking coffee or smoking) Women who smoke and drink coffe cut their fertility rate in half. I know, I quit drinking coffee and was pregnant in three weeks. I was not trying to get pregnant but now I have a beautiful 17 year old.

There could be a million reasons you are having trouble getting pregnant. You should see a reproductive specialist to determine what may be causing the problem. Typically, you have to try to get pregnant for one year before you receive treatment.

How long have you been trying??
Falling wouldnt cause him to be infertile. If you've been trying for over 6mths see your OBGYN. If you know for sure your husband is the reason your not getting pregnant he may need to do a semen analysis.

Dear Person,

You probably can't get pregnant because if he had a fall the all of his sperms would have died. He needs to see a doctor if you want more children. Be warned don't have sex, unless your sure the male has sperms, it could turn out nasty!

2 kids is enough. See Leo Decaprio's question. 3 kids will contribute more to global warming thatn 2 kids.

Your wanting it too bad. Usually when your not wanting kids bad enough, is when they come out of no where.
