Your best bet is to have facial massage. This will stimulate the tissues around the eyes. Also, try a light make up such as YSL's Touche Eclat...or, as a cheaper alternative, if you're in the UK, Boots do a great product. Think it's called Light Relfective Concealer.
Also, sleep is vital and stay out of the sun.

Make-up, or concealer, should not be making the dark circles under your eyes worse. If they're getting worse, there has to be another cause.
Diet and activity, being out in the sun, getting enough sleep each night, all play a part.

Ok, there is a very simple answer to your question, because I went through that too.
Yellow corrective concealer. Tap it lightly into the skin, then put your foundation on. It works like a miracle. I'm sure that you know as well as I do that, a lot of the time, more sleep and more water does nothing for dark circles, lol.
By the way, you can get the concealer at any supermarket or drugstore. I always got mine from Walmart.

Dark circle under the eyes are generally caused by dehydration.
Drink more water.
Stay away from chlorinated city water. Buy purified drinking water.
If you smoke, stop.
If you drink a lot of alcohol, stop or cut down. Alcohol dehydrates the body.
Get plenty of restful sleep
Reduce caffeine intake.
Eat a lot of fruits and vegetables.
It will take months for the circle to disappear, but they will.

make sure when u apply anything in that eye region that you use your ring finger and dab....do not rub!!!!! there's also creams out there that you can apply on that area to lighten it up....but again, use your ring finger and dab!!!!! one I can recommend that has worked wonders and has a good price is the undereye cream by Avon. also, do not apply sunblock or some moisturizers in this area coz they contain too harsh of a chemical to put in this area. if it says avoid eye area, there's a reason. 1) it can get in your eye and, 2) the chemicals is too rough for that skin surface and can cause even more of a dark circle.............I hope this helps!

there are certain products that can help get rid of it. Try going to a makeup kiosk at the department stores. They always have people to help you. Don't get it from the drug store... you need a quality product. I've tried that a drug store product once, and ended up with puffy eyes. I guess my skin was sensitive, it looked like someone punched me in the face.
