i have a two year old girl and i am sleeping 14 hours per night and when i eventually drag myself out of bed to feed my daughter i could quite easily lie doan and go back to sleep. i have also noticed that i wake with a bed head. i was thinking about going to the doctors but he is going to say it is my routine, i have been on the web and all i can find that relates is sleep apnea which i dont think ive got as my sleep is not disturbed, i even miss work a lot and it is bugging me now. any tips???? i am not overweight and do exercise

You are sleeping too much which oddly enough can create fatigue. Set up a new routine, sleep no more than 8 or 9 hours at the most. Force yourself up at that time and continue this routine.

A physical wouldn't hurt to be sure you aren't anemic or have some other ailment. It could also be depression. A 2 year old will do that to a person!!

You need to see the doc and get some tests run to find out what is going on. If your doc dismisses your complaints then find a new doc as this is not normal and something is causing it. You might want to consider getting rid of the toxic cleaning chemicals in your home as well as any toxic laundry products and switch to all natural ones. Be sure you are using a good mulitvitamin and antioxidant supplement to help keep your immune system healthy. See your doc though and get some tests run to find out what is going on.

It is the change of weather...get u some brain boosting vitamins like B12 and melt under tongue.
Eat an apple, it will wake u quicker than coffee.

Is sleeping alot your only symptom? Fatigue is also a symptom of Mononucleosis.

well depression! or changes in your body or horomones. It could be anything! If its not mental then go to a doctor. deep down you know why if its mental.

i think you might be sleeping to much because you are depressed or board.
