Hmmm.. is this a trick question? Just having a case of Pruritus ani does not warrant a hand washing, but you should always wash your hands after touching or going near your anus.
As far as the nosebleed goes, I've always found that pinching the nose and slightly tilting the head back works... don't know if it's the best cure.

Did Not bother 2 Yahoo terms. There should b some sort of test so U can't get out of a lavatory if U r not clean or smell bad!
