Of course! Man is becoming wiser every day. There are precocious prodigies in this world. A child who begins writing at an early age- 3 and older can easily have the skill to write a book. Now, it may be a picture book, especially if the child was encouraged to draw. However, it can be prose- fiction or nonfiction. I would like to meet such a teenager too.

Sure, I'd be curious to see how well could a 13 year old write, as well as what he'd write about.
BTW, wasn't the kid who wrote that Eragon book around that age when he wrote it? I haven't gotten interested enough to actually read it, but a lot of people say it's good.

I believe that I would. I, myself, am an aspiring writer and I miss the ease of childhood imaginative ingenuity. Though I can't see a 13 year old having life experience of his/her own to write about, I can imagine the sheer genius of letting the imagination reign. I think adults miss out when it comes to this aspect of journalism.

Yeah...I would read it...longingly. I started a novel when I was about that age and never finished it. But I'd love reading about people who did.
