I Don't Think You Are Actually Making Your Points More Powerful. I've Been A Pro-Writer For Many, Many Years – Editors Always Say That Bad Writing Presentation Distracts Readers From The Point, Which Is A Bad Thing. Unless, Of Course, The Point Is Bad Writing.

I don't think that it is annoying, but I think that CAPITALIZING every letter makes your point seem even more powerful then just Capitalizing Each First Letter Of Every Word.

It isn't annoying, Miss Foxy, but I don't think it affects your point one way or the other ... it just makes the sentence harder to read because it's distracting looking at all of those capital letters. :)
