You insatll a standard antivirus soft ware such as Norton, AVG , Avast ( free antivirus software and Ad-aware, Ewido ( free spyware removers). You can download free softwares at

Some malware can prevent you from downloading and/or running AV and AS programs to/on your computer.
If you already have these on your computer, update the programs then enter the Safe Mode (turn off your computer. On restart tap the F8 key repeatedly until a screen appears. Choose "Safe Mode" click Enter) and run the scans.
If you do not have AV/AS then go to these sites and run the free online scans and removals. Once these are complete then download AV/AS to your computer.

First you download the programs that are antiviruses and antispyware and then you scan your computer with those programs.
