You can get them at an optometrist office. Most sell both prescription and non-prescription ones.

The truth is that the FDA requires contact lenses to be fitted by an eye doctor. The prescription will just be for your eye shape, not for any type of correct.

So, if you are hoping to just buy contact lenses online without being fitted, you'll be doing it illegally and at your own risk.
Go get fitted. It's painless and doesn't cost much.

You still have to go to the optometrist in order to buy contacts, even if you have 20/20 vision, you cannot buy contacts without going to the eye doctor.

Most eye care/vision centers sell non-prescription color contacts, but you might still need a doctor's visit.

if your in the US, you still need a prescription from the dr. even if they are not vision correcting lenses

you have to go to an eye doctor so you know the size of the contactthat you would wear, after you have that you can buy them pretty much anywhere.
