Why does he need to know?
You don't have to agree with her actions, but all you can do is tell her that you feel that she should talk to him about it.
It has always been my opinion that honesty is not always the best policy. If it happened once and won't happen again, why make someone else hurt jsut to clear your own conscience? Guilt is punishment; you don't need to go out of your way to hurt others to make yourself feel better.
If she chooses to tell him, then it's up to him to forgive her. Keep out of thier lives!

Repeat after me: "I will not interfere in anyone else's love life."

The traditional role of friends of the philanderee (I made up that word but it rocks, doesn't it?) is to stay quiet and gaze mournfully at him/her. Your sole authorized response is "it's really not my place to say anything; I'm sorry."

If you disapprove so much of her conduct in this affair, I would suggest distancing yourself from her acquaintance. If anyone asks why, simply say "that's between me and her."

Sometimes the best action is inaction. Dignified silence rocks.

Are you 100% positive? Do you have proof? Unless you can back up the allegation, don't say anything.

Be prepared for a nasty confirmation if you do tell him. "She" will not be too pleased if he dumps her based on your allegations.

You need to just be honest and talk to him in person. Tell him I'm sorry and you didnt want to be the one to tell him, but he deserves to know. Then tell him.

But be convincing, if he doesnt believe you, it was pointless.

Mind your own business. It will come out eventually. If you butt in they will both hate you.
