There isn't really a standard weight because up to a point if the object is small enough to fit in your hand once you "know how to juggle" you can juggle anything.
I'd suggest you start with lacrosse balls. These balls don't bounce, they are a little heavy (which can be helpful for learners) and they are a good size to hold.

I'm a professional juggler and I sew my own velour beanbags. I fill them to 51 grams with birdseed. I like the light-weight juggling beanbags because I'm a numbers juggler (I juggle up to 9). I also like the small size for juggling three because I can do more sleight-of-hand magic tricks. They vary - I don't think there is a standard size,
Pick ones with a weight that suit you best. I personally favour bean bags - lighter weight, and they don't roll away when you drop them (yup 10 years juggling and I still drop 'em)
