A dance, a bubble bath, full body massage with scented oils, wear something revealing for him, a love message engraved on his wedding ring, a limousine ride through town and passionate intimacy. Not necessarily in that order.

to me the best gift would be . YOU!!! make yourself the dessert
after dinner tell him to give you a few min and then come up stairs. put candles all around the room buy some roses and take the petals and throw them all around the room . and buy your self the sexist bra & panties that vicki has ( see the gift is for you to)
and have on hand the whipped cream and strawberries and give him a strip tease like never before. You already got the teddy right? Now get some message oils and after dinner give him a nice long message. And then give him yourself with a Huge Bright Color Ribbon. He will love it.

Trench coat with you naked under. Wear it to dinner, don't take it off (of course), accessorize it, so it looks like it was not meant to be taken off, and give him his birthday present as soon as you have a moment alone. It can be in public. How exciting! (I gave myself a good idea!)
