I RECENTY BOUGHT A FLASH MEMORY STICK WHICH USES A VITUAL DRIVE NOW EVERY TIME I TURN ON THE COMPUTER IM GETTING THIS NEW HARDWARE SCI/RAID Host Controller IT WONT INSTALL WHEN I GO INTO DEVICE MANGER THERES A LITTLE YELLOW ICON ON THE SCI/RAID Host Controller AND IT WONT ENABLE COULD THE DRIVER BE MISSING
ANYONE NOW HOW TO FIX THIS

Did it come with a CD or floppy disk? If so, put it into your computer and install the software. And by "into" I mean into the correct drive, don't just find a random crack and shove it in.
If there is no CD go to google.com and search for "download driver [make & model of your particular thumbdrive]" and hopefully you will find the driver you need online from the manufacturer.

Ok, u might be using USB memory stick. U need to first install the drivers for pen drive. then, u need to install driver for ur SCSI/ RAID controller. It basically comes with ur OS or with ur motherboard CD.
In case, u cannot find the driver in ur CD or u dont have any such Cd, u can download the driver from this page.

After that, u can plug in and use it.
