I love our country, but we have a bunch of F-ing MORONS running the show. Especially in the darn school systems. Some of these so called school officials need to learn how to read and speak properly. I am not kidding. There is a third grade teacher at a local county school (she majored in ENGLISH) She speaks just like this... (and I am NOT kidding)
"Them girls in dat class got they hair did for da Crimmus progrum"
(The girls in the class had their hair done for the Christmas program.)
That was an actual statement that she made to me a few days ago. It's pathetic. The schools simply do not teach anymore. There isn't any control in the classrooms. We have ignorant "teachers".

Some people have entirely to much time on their hands and think of things to really screw up the real meaning of the law.
If we put half as much effort into the real criminal element we might get some where.
If I was this teacher I would just give it up ,we don't need this for our impressionable minds.This kind of thinking and acting has taken on an almost " terrorist" attitude. Any thing that is perceived as misbehavior is then turned into a larger issue.
Children that age are into hugs and snuggling it's when they get into their teens you need to worry.

That is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard of. The accuser needs to have a psych evaluation.
And yes, this makes the U.S. look bad to the rest of the world. No wonder other countries don't take us seriously.

Yes it does, what is up with you Americans! :-) No, but know for real, a 4 year old child molesting his teacher with a hug!! I think somebody is having the wrong job there! She actually filed a complaint like that?!

That's crazy!! What has our world come to? I know that at my son's school there can be no plastic knifes outside the cafeteria - ANYWHERE! And if call a child "fat" you are punished with a 3 day suspension!! Where is this insanity going to end? or will it ever?

a 4 year old did what??? lol dyu rele think a 4 year old wud kno how to molest sumone, they were probably jst wondering wot certains body parts. curiosity probably got the better of the poor child n now its blown out of proportion

I can't believe it !Why am I not surprises it's out west. we're out West, My daughter who is 5 and has an IEP was considered a threat bec she bit the lesbo gym teacher.I'm sorry if you yell and scream and use physical put force on a special child ,you deserve to be bit!!! Ya out West I'm telling you, where has the education and understanding gone???

I saw it on tv and think the school overreacted. If I were the teacher, I would have had a talk with the parents before writing up a report.

In my opinion the school overreacted. Those who have jaundice will tend to see everything as yellow.
