do dell printers work on mac? because i need to pring something from paint shop andit just says printer not reponding or something

If you're using Paint Shop, then you're not using a Mac. Paint Shop is a Windows-only application as far as I know.
As to whether you can get a Dell printer to work on a Mac...probably, but it may take some legwork. Dell doesn't make printers; rather, printers sold with the Dell brand are made by other companies, such as Lexmark. If you tell us the model number of the printer, we may be able to help; you may also want to do a Web search on something like "Dell [model-number] Mac". Mac users are an enterprising lot, and if it's possible to do it, someone has probably figured it out by now.
