only if u want to be alone and start over. That 7 year inch will get you every time. It's all in the head. Look at some porn or make ur spouse dress up or wear a masqarade mask to hide her face. Make her get a navel piercing....anything, just don't scratch. It's like the Chicken pox...the more u scratch, the worse it itches and it will spread.

If you're talking about "the itch" being the urge to have an affair, don't. The pain you will cause your mate, as well as yourself (yes, you will suffer too, no matter how "great" "it" is) is not worth it under any circumstances. If things are stale, get the issues on the table and start working the fun back into the marriage- it can be done. Your marriage is what you make it- make it into what you want.

If you scratch it, you might scratch too hard, cause a bad sore, then the sore could become infected if there's any dirty germs under your nails, and that could lead to total disaster. People have been known to lose life and limb because of scratching an itch.
Avoid it at all cost and just let it go away. The temptation to scratch will end if you're willing to forsake (forget, ignore) it.

First of all, you need to go to the doctor to make sure it's not a sexual disease. Next, you need to take a good long look in the mirror. You are not the same as you were when you got married. You are a man and this is normal for you to want to sleep with someone else. However, you must ask yourself if it's worth burning in hell for. Either get a divorce from your wife, or stop having these silly sex fantasies. Thanks.

You should scratch it. Use a list of everything that you could possibly lose in divorce. That should that the itch away real fast

No, if you do you're a cheating coward. If you don't love your wife anymore, then have the courage to end it first. :(
