I did! I gave the mirror a present and some flowers, it still makes me look like a pen! (jk)

I have no problem with what I see in the mirrow, but I also understand that "doing something about it" is not always cheap and some people can't afford doing much.

I don't do anything about it because we all have bad days where we're not going to like what we see. I don't do anything about it because I realize that part of me only wants to love someone who will love me whether I was 100 pounds or 250 pounds. I don't change it because I'm so busy I don't have time to do that again- I lost 60 pounds once, but that became the ENTIRE focus of my world and I hated it. I was just as unhappy with myself then. I don't do anything because sometimes being heavy is comforting and safe- meaning I know what will happen, I know people's responses, etc.

You are so right about this. To change something we don't like about ourselves, all it takes is mind and will-power and do it. If it's losing weight, getting your *** up early morning and go exercise, cut all the junk food and load with fruits, veggies and whole grains. If it's getting rid of the gut, constantly do abs, if it's about getting rid of pimples, go to a dermatologist or buy yourself whatever top products are on the market to treat it and religiously (morning and nights) wash, moisture skin.
Most people complain about their looks and don't do sh!t about it. There are so many girls (and guys) out there with eating disorders and dreaming of the perfect physique but never come up with a realistic way to follow top eating habits and stick with them.
We whine and complain so much but don't do nothing to remedy it.

Something for it? What do you suggest? A DIY face lift and/or liposuction kit? Perhaps a dictionary so that you can spell better?

Do something about it?
Yes, maybe it is easier than I think, maybe we need some others point of view that put us in an easier path towards our selfsteem.

Sometimes it is better to accept what you have no control over and be at peace with yourself and love yourself just the way you are.
God made us all different and he made us all special in our own way!
