well im not really sure, but i do know if you are taking ESTOGEN your nipples will get hard and somtimes hurt

they are likely very sensitive..dont worry there are manyy who have this problem..u just have to wear a thick padded bra..it will hide ur little "problem" and give ur boobs a bigger look too
