I'm not sure the exact answer you are looking for. My husband is in prison due to past drug use as a teenager. Anyways, he is serving his time and we have been fighting with the prison to get him the open-heart surgery he is in need of or he will die.
A Prisoner should have a right to medical attention when needed.
A prisoner has a right to a lawyer and legal counsel
A prisoner has the right to have their basic needs met such as food, clothing, etc.
I'm not sure what the other two would be at this time...However most other things are privileges, such as visits, phone usage, etc.

~Actually, they have NO rights. This is true no matter what side you're on. The police have them where they can abuse the heck out of them and not suffer any consequences.
Who is going to tell? Who is going to care?~

The right to serve his sentence.
The right to be punished for his crime.
The right to be rehabilitated.
The right to be kept away from honest citizens.
