I love anyone I say it to, but sometimes the words come out just purely from habit. Like at the end of a phone conversation with my husband, even if I'm angry at him, the "I love you" just comes out. So if you mean do I say it without feeling that magical "love" feeling, then yes. If you mean do I say it to people I don't really love, then no.

I like to think I do, but no, I don't always mean it. Sometimes I say it to make someone feel better when they've had a bad day or something like that.

yes! i only say it when its true. if i say or try to say i love you to someone who i dont love.. then my throught locks and then it doesnt sound like an i love you. so i dont say it if i dont mean it
