hey my friend has pokemon blue for game boy poket and he says in my game game boy advance sp i can get 16 bages i tried but it dint work need help please.

no but i know how to get 99 anything put any item in ur 3rd item space go talk to the man that needed tea tell him ur not in a hurry then watch. go to blains island then surf on the east side of the island until u meet a misinmingo dont fight it run. then u should have 99 of that item.
p.s. really strong pokemon. works on master balls

The only way to get 16 badges in pkmn R/B/Y is to use a game shark. otherwise, no.
and that 99 items thing the other guy said... well... the item has to be in the sixth slot. And that wasn't a really good description anyways. Plus it doesn't answer your question.

No, obviously your friend has lied or used a cheat. The only game that i can remember which allows 16 badges was pokemon gold or silver

no you can only get 16 badges in pokmeon g/s/c, after you defeat the 8 gym leaders in johto and elite4 you can come to kanto rehion and get another 8 badges after you get the 16 badges you can foght ash in MTsilver.
