Definitely happens.
But you just go away and come back fresh.
Sometimes better to take a break, to pull in to the side, rather than persevere.
Even the best athletes have to pull into the side sometimes.

Because I'm not taking care of myself. I cannot give away something I don't have. When I am helping others, I feel exhilarated, as long as I helped myself first. Service work can be an addiction too. It is not an escape, it is a way to give thanks.

Not always.
I'm the first to help someone when they need it, I'm the one that jumps up to help someone off the bus,

It just annoys me and I get fed up when others and people that I'm close to don't do what they say they are going to do

Always leaves me feeling great, as long as they have appreciated the help. If they havent appreaciated the help....dont help them again and that will make you feel GREAT!
