Your one innocent guy. Where are you from? You can NOT get AIDS or any sexually transmitted diseases by just masturbating yourself even 5 times a day! The only down side for masturbating too much is that your balls will shrink a bit. As for AIDS or other sexually transmitted diseases, you can get it if YOU have unsafe sex with another person. You can't get sick from masturbating. You can only get STDs from other people. Think about it, how can you give yourself and STD? You can only get AIDS from certain fluids exchanged during sex.
