There is something called Goof-Off that works great. My 4 year old got a hold of a blue permanent marker in the car while i was driving and when i looked it was all over my seats and I used that it and it got it off quick. I beleive that we got at a Home Depot. Hope it works !

Amodex spot remover is made for permanent markers and ink stains.

Good luck.

Hairspray works everytime! Apply it directly to the spot, blot and then wash as usual. Good Luck!

I would also try hairspray first, works great for pen... Also, try DAWN liquid hand soap. Works great for this type of stuff!
