Yes. I never even got pocket money!! You're lucky you don't have to get up at stupid-o'clock to do a paper round and earn your own.

You should lose another 50p for every spelling and grammatical mistake in your question- then you'd owe your parents money!

I think you shouldn't be given pocket money at all, I had a Saturday job from the age of 13 and earned my own pocket money.

If your talking about an allowance, I never gave my kids one. I told them if they wanted money that it was my responsibility at the time to give it to them if it was worth it. On the other hand in return they had to behave to my liking. Maybe you should have it taken away. When you get a real job if you mouth off you will lose the whole paycheck. Notice the similarities. Behavior has a lot to do with life. Learn now.

You shouldn't get pocket money at 14! Go get a job, I did. I worked Saturday in a local shop and got about 20 quid - that was years ago though, so I imagine you'll get even more these days.

When I tell them you've been on this site moaning, you'll lose the rest. Unless.... put half of what's left in an envelope, place it in the cistern of the third cubicle along in the gents toilets on Kings Cross station.
That way I'll keep schtum!

Obviously you are learning the value of money as it seems to really effect you when you lose it.... this is the lesson your parents or guardians are trying to teach you.
Just try and behalf more.

.Sounds about right. It strikes me that you have a bit of growing up to do and some respect for others may not go amiss
