after overhaul the gearbox722.5 harsh shift 1-2 gear .Why?

your synchronizer's are probably still tight, and just need time and lubrication to loosen them up. If you still have this problem in a few days, then I would start to worry, but this is normal after an overhual.

after you do any major overhauling on the trany or engine it is recomended to give the engine or trany a breaking period of 500 miles so everythign gets saturated with lube.
