I want to go totally Electric in my home is it possible to change my unit over to just electric. Gas is to high

Yes, you can have an electric heating element added to the ductwork, leaving the old system in place. That way, you can choose which fuel you want to use based on cost. It's not terribly expensive to do, requires the heating element, wiring and control work so the fan comes on with the element. You don't have to add it to each individual room.

Cost of electricity is skyrocketing.

Cost of natural gas is coming down.

Stick with the natural gas. Your bills will more likely be higher on electric. Figure out why it is so expensive to heat your home. Maybe add more insulation.

What was the old heating system in your house?
Was it electric?

You can change it to a heat pump and keep the gas for a back up
