Flirting is same as cheating when you already have a bf/gf. It's not bad to hang-out with someone, the only question there is how intimate are you with that person considering you already have someone you can be intimate with.

When the person doing the flirting is testing the waters to see if they can take it to the next level, also when the flirter is involved with someone that would be hurt to know that the flirter is flirting.

i don't think flirting is never the same as cheating. flirting is flirting. it isn't kissing, fondling, or sex. you're just flirting. when it passes flirting, and there is more intimate contact, then it can considered cheating.

When it goes overboard. You know when u aren't flirting anymore, & when you are actually intending on carrying out the thoughts that are running through your mind. That is when its cheating.
