I don't know, but you could try writing to Michael Jackson, the stuff he uses clearly works.

Although one side effect is that it makes your nose fall off.

Using a bronzer with your powder and foundation will make your skin glow a little more than normal.

Avon and several other beauty companies sell products designed to lighten moles and other dark spots on the face; I suppose you could use it all over, but it would get expensive.

Exfoliating more often may also help, removing dull, dead skin can expose the brighter, newer skin underneath.

I found a link that has creams for scars, stretchmarks, brown marks etc. It looks as though it has what you are looking for. But why would you want to lighten your skin- I would do anything to be less pale- people keep telling me it's not the 1900's anymore lol

where do you live? and, what is your ethnic background? but, if u live near a Filipino (Philippine) store or an oriental store, they will tell you. they have face soaps that are award-winning. one can I can recommend is Silka Papaya soap. usually all the skin whitening products have papaya as a main ingredient. u can even try aveeno from like wal-mart and look for skin whitening.

You could always try talcum powder and then put blusher over the top.
Or you could try the Loreal (i think it's Loreal) mousse blusher it comes in loads of colours, like sand...
