Are the laptops exported to Africa of same quality with ones in the US?

Are you talking about those laptops some companies are trying to make so even the poorest can afford them? I know there is one company still striving to achieve the goal of the $100 laptop. Right now, I think the best available is $200. The answer is, no. These laptops have many compromises made to make them affordable.

Small hard drives, slow processors, and a small unlit black and white screen are the biggest compromises.
