My husband just had surgery yesterday to repair his retina. The problem is we are to fly out next week(7 days) to disney world. We live in new york and its a 2 yr direct flight. His doctor advised him not to fly but we have planned this trip for months. Can any one please tell us what can happen if we decided to go?We really can't postpon the trip as we love going at chrismas time.Is it worth the chance or should we just cancel?

Think about this and put it in a balance...

What is more important for you two,

your vacations to disney?

or...

The precious gift of sight?

don't mess with that please..if you love your husband, you should advice him to stay home and rest...health always comes first!!! and doing a lot of things like walking too much, lifting heavy things..gettin in rides at Disney..can cause your husband to get worse....Think about it.
