Tell the website what has happened and I'm sure they will remove them.
If they wont, tell them you are going to consult a solicitor.
That should do it.

Other than hiring a lawyer and getting a court order for that website to remove the photos, it's likely not going to happen. She could try emailing the webmaster of the site it's on and pleading her case, but without a court order there is nothing legally preventing anybody from posting those pictures online.

Problem is the pictures weren't stolen - the boyfriend can do anything he likes with them and he doesn't need the subject's permission. The best place to start would be to contact the website, explain the position and ask for their help - he may be contravening their Ts & Cs.

Bit of a snag this one. She could contact the website owners and see if they can help. Trouble is, the ex doubtless still has the originals and can re-post 'em.

She needs to contact the website administrators, explain the situation and ask that they remove them.
Most webmansters will respect this - even if it is a seedy 'post your girlfriend nude' site.

I'm sorry for your friend but it's too late. The cat's already out of the bag so to speak. She could try contacting the site's webmaster but she may not even get an answer.

properly if it ought to't be performed. you could copyright them although. Then in the journey that they use them for economic income, you could sue the crap out of them. It probaby is conceivable to write down a script to watemark them on replica and rught click as well, you may investegate that route.

First of all, she would have to prove her ex put them on the web...it would take legal action and would probably be a big waste of money in the end. She'll just ahve to live with her mistake...unless she's really hot, it could be a new career!

You could always ask the web hoster to remove them.
