Are ur asking for memory of GPU that supports DX9? well its variable could be 64mb-512mb. depends on GPU.
U mean u have 64MB onboard grafix card? thats enough for counter strike, but more important is this, how much RAM u have? keep ur RAM ports in full pace.
Counter Strike is'nt heavy so it will run absolutely fine on this config.

That should be plenty. There's no direct relationship with the version of DirectX and the number of MB your card has. The Source engine is optimised for certain chipsets like NVidia though, I believe.

You can download the newest version of direct x 9.0c from microsoft.

A card's size does not pertain to it's Direct X level....it's age does. If you are serious about playing CSS on a 64mb card, then you'll soon find out that you are going to be disappointed....

DirectX is not a card but kind of program to support graphics and it could be around 50MB,
